1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Jewelers Flow mobile application (the “App”) operated by Jewelers Essentials (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.
2. Description of Service
Jewelers Flow is a business management application designed for jewelry retailers to manage:
- Inventory of jewelry items
- Customer information and relationships
- Sales transactions and layaways
- Repair services and tracking
- Financial records and reporting
- User accounts and permissions
Important: All data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to or store your data on any servers we control.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to use the App
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Default admin credentials: Username: “admin”, Password: “admin” (change immediately after first login)
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
- All account data is stored in your iCloud account, which you control
3.3 Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time through the App
- Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
- Your data remains in your iCloud account and can be deleted through iCloud settings
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
Jewelers Flow offers the following subscription plans:
- Basic Plan: $99.00/month – Up to 3 devices
- Premium Plan: $149.99/month – Up to 6 devices
4.2 Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
4.3 Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the App until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
4.4 Subscription Changes
- You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle
- Prorated refunds or credits are not provided for downgrades
4.5 Device Limits
- Basic Plan: Maximum 3 devices per subscription
- Premium Plan: Maximum 6 devices per subscription
- Device limits are enforced by the App
- Exceeding device limits may result in access restrictions
4.6 Free Trial
- If offered, free trials are available to new users only
- Free trial periods and terms are subject to change
- You will be charged when the free trial period ends unless you cancel
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the App for:
- Managing your jewelry business operations
- Storing and managing business data
- Processing transactions related to your business
- Managing customer relationships
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to store or process data for third parties without authorization
- Share your account credentials with others
- Exceed your subscription’s device limit
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
- The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jewelers Essentials
- All rights, title, and interest in the App are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws

6.2 Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you create or upload to the App
- Your data is stored in your iCloud account, which you control
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you upload
6.3 License to Use
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
- This license is for your business use only
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Data Storage
- Your data is stored locally on your device and synchronized via your iCloud account
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- We do not store your data on any servers we control
7.2 Privacy
- Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy
- By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy

- All data is stored in your iCloud account, which you control
7.3 Data Loss
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, user error, or other causes
- We recommend regular backups using the App’s backup features
- We are not liable for any loss of data or business information

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
- We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
- iCloud availability is controlled by Apple, not by us
8.2 No Warranties
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements
8.3 Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jewelers Essentials, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your data or content
10. Third-Party Services
10.1 Apple Services
- The App uses Apple’s iCloud service for data synchronization (YOUR iCloud account)
- Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store
- Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions
- We do not control Apple’s services or have access to your iCloud data
10.2 Third-Party Links
- The App may contain links to third-party websites or services
- We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties
- Your use of third-party services is at your own risk
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the App
- Updating the “Last Updated” date
- Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email)
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account through the App
- Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data
- Your data remains in your iCloud account until you delete it
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Otherwise breach these Terms
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately
- We cannot delete your data because it’s stored in your iCloud account
- You are responsible for exporting or deleting your data before termination if desired
- Your data remains in your iCloud account and can be managed through Apple’s iCloud settings
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)

14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jewelers Essentials regarding the App.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent.
